Next Thursday, Oct. 14th, the Baltimore Equitable Vaccination Initiative presents the second event in its State of Vaccination series, this one focused on youth vaccination. The event will air live on Charm TV at 5:30pm and be streamed live here. After the event, it will be available on YouTube here and schools, teachers, community groups, and others are encouraged to share it with young people.

The event will include a message from Baltimore City Schools CEO Sonja Santelises, a segment celebrating Baltimore Youth Heroes, and a COVID Conversation with Baltimore City Health Department Youth Ambassadors talking with Johns Hopkins Medicine’s Dr. Panagis Galiatsatos about the most common questions they get from their peers.

Find more information and register for the event (not required) here and view the full flyer here.

The first event in the State of Vaccination series, featuring Mayor Brandon Scott and Health Commissioner Dr. Letitia Dzirasa, took place in July. Watch it here.
