OSI-Baltimore recently added four new members to its Advisory Board: Ava Lias-Booker, Jamar Brown, Nupur P. Flynn, and Larry Moscow.

Ava Lias-Booker is a partner, heads the Baltimore litigation practice group, and is co-chair of the Consumer and Retail Banking Industry Team at McGuireWoods.

Jamar Brown is an associate in the Litigation group at Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, LLP, and co-chair and long-serving member of OSI-Baltimore’s Leadership Council.

Nupur P. Flynn is the managing director of Marketing and Public Relations at Brown Capital Management, founded by fellow OSI Advisory Board member Eddie Brown.

Larry Moscow manages the Washington, D.C. office of maslansky + partners, a marketing, research and strategy firm specializing in language and messaging.

“Open Society Institute – Baltimore is proud to welcome these community leaders onto the Advisory Board,” says OSI-Baltimore Director Diana Morris. “They have already made significant contributions to the Board’s work and we know they will continue to do so for years to come.”
