Pamela King, director of OSI-Baltimore’s Community Fellowships program, will be recognized by Baltimore Business Journal as a “Leaders in Diversity” honoree at a July 7th ceremony. Also among the honorees are OSI-Baltimore Advisory Board members Eddie Brown and Veronica Cool. The newspaper says the event “seeks to honor executives, business owners and nonprofit leaders who are known in the community for their continued efforts and successes in the area of inclusiveness in the work place.”

  • Eddie Brown, founder, chairman and CEO, Brown Capital Management
  • Shawn Kros, CEO, The ARC Northern Chesapeake
  • Betsy Cerulo, president, Maryland LGBT Chamber of Commerce and CEO, AdNet
  • Veronica Cool, founder and managing director, Cool & Associates
  • Joseph Haskins Jr., chairman, president and CEO, Harbor Bank
  • Casey Jenkins, founder, Black Restaurant Challenge and local restaurateur
  • Pamela King, director of community fellowships and initiatives, Open Society Institute — Baltimore
  • Aicha Williams, director of organizational development, diversity and inclusion, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield
  • Ernst Valery, Ernst Valery Investments, and Josh Neiman, Hybrid Development Group, both founders of the Developer Apprentice Program
