On Thursday, September 28, the University of Baltimore will host “Structural Inequality and Public Services in Baltimore” featuring 2012 OSI Community Fellow, Lawrence Brown. Brown, whose project, “You’re the Quarterback: Gameplan for Life” aimed to strengthen the families of black men in Baltimore by focusing on barriers to employment, increasing health insurance coverage and providing support services, will participate in a discussion about urban redevelopment, residential displacement, and community relations with law enforcement in Baltimore from the 1940s-1990s.

This event is free and open to the public. More information can be found here.
