Generation Progress, a national organization that works with young people to promote progressive solutions to political and social challenges is now accepting applications for the FREE 5th Annual #Fight4AFuture Summit taking place in Baltimore May 5-7, 2018, bringing together youth advocates working on gun violence prevention and criminal justice reform.

Last year, Generation Progress brought together more than 60 young activists to tackle gun violence through trainings, seminars, the arts, and network-building opportunities. This year, the organization is looking for passionate, young individuals throughout the country to apply. The application includes an opportunity to join the 2018 #Fight4AFuture National Leadership Council, a network of 9-12 young people aiming to build a movement that is inclusive and sensitive to the urgent needs of communities impacted by gun violence and the criminal justice system. This weekend summit is free, and food will be provided for all accepted attendees.

More information, including how to apply, can be found here.
