Rachel Moler

Program Associate, Addiction and Health Equity Program and Criminal and Juvenile Justice Program

Rachel Moler is the program associate for the Addiction and Health Equity and Criminal & Juvenile Justice Programs for Open Society Institute-Baltimore. In this role, she assists both Program Directors with all the aspects of program, grants management, and administration. Prior to joining OSI-Baltimore, Moler was the Director of Operations at the non-profit One Common Unity in Washington, D.C. after completing an internship as the Legislative Affairs Intern at Drug Policy Alliance.

Moler received a Master’s in Conflict Resolution from the University of Bradford in Great Britain, during which she volunteered as a Youth Mentor and Education Assistant at Groundwork Leeds, and as an ESOL Instructor at Bradford Action for Refugees. She obtained a BA in Global and International Relations with a minor in Sociology from the University of Kansas.
