Polly Stamatopoulos

Director of Development

Polly Stamatopoulos is OSI-Baltimore’s Director of Development. She is a native of Baltimore and a proud graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute. She most recently was the Governance and Fiscal Management Specialist at the National Disability Rights Network, where she advised state affiliates, including OSI grantee Disability Rights Maryland, on organizational management and development issues.  Stamatopoulos has previously held the position of Director of Development at numerous local and national non-profit organizations, including Women Empowered Against Violence (WEAVE) and Servicemembers Legal Defense Network (SLDN). She is a long-time champion of women’s rights, racial equity, and peace and social justice. She has chosen to work with organizations that help her pursue her personal and professional goal—advocating for the under-served—and has extensive experience working with and on behalf of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people; people with mental illness; people with disabilities; victims of crime; women and children; older adults; and people who are poor and/or homeless.
